What it is
ILMI Class is a small, multi-age class.
In each session, students rotate across four stations.

Language, leadership and character
Language learning is woven together with leadership and character training.
The voice-mode progress app
An AI-integrated voice-mode app helps me record each student's growth.
What I don't know yet
- Whether the rotation serves the youngest and the oldest students equally well.
- How to notice growth in character without reducing it to a score.
- Whether recording growth by voice helps the students, or mostly helps me.
